Adventureland Family Fun Park began as a true family fun business from its inception in 1985. The idea of a wet/dry fun park began in the coastal community of Narragansett. Adventureland initially included a driving range, but Hurricane Bob, in 1991, ravaged the range, but out of those ruins came the birth of the Go-Kart track. In 2011, Poppy’s Victorian Carousel and Burdick’s Ice Cream anchored the park as a family destination. More thrills and skills fun were added with the all-inclusive Bankshot Basketball play and the most recent SPIN ZONE Bumper Cars.
The “heart” of the park still remains the South County community and seasonal visitors which keep Adventureland Family Fun Park at a #1 rating for family fun in the Southern Rhode Island area.

FAQ
Yes, age 10 years & 56” for Go-Karts, Bumper Boats 46” , Spin Zone 36″. (Double cars available for most rides).
Yes. All Go-Kart riders must wear a seat belt. Helmets are available for Double Riders.
The driver of a double car must be at least 16 years of age.
We put larger folks in the double cars.
Yes. Most of our customers buy several tickets at one time. Everyone must get back in line after their Go-Kart ride is finished.
No refunds.
Shoes must be worn on all rides.
Yes, for 30+ groups. Please call ahead to notify Adventureland staff.
We sell over 15 flavors of Gifford’s premium butter-fat ice cream and frozen yogurt at Burdick’s Ice Cream. Pretzels, Nachos, and Popcorn are also available in the Carousel Pavilion.
Bumper Boat riders under 46” must wear a life jacket provided by an Adventureland attendant.
NO! Cell phones distract the driver and may get stuck under the Go-Kart seat.
Are masks/ reservations required? The park is outdoors .. Call for and updates on large groups outings.
Are reservations needed? No. Generally speaking, mornings (10am-12pm) and (4pm-6pm) are our slowest times. If concerned about crowds, please call ahead of your visit. Overcast days are our busiest times.
Have you applied Self Sanitizing Coating on all touch surfaces?
We have applied a product called KOC-86, which is a water-based photocatalyst Titanium Dioxide solution on all surfaces that come in human contact. This solution is being applied to all surfaces such as wood, vinyl, metal, plastic, fiberglass etc. It works around the clock at destroying any microorganism that touches the surface such as viruses, bacteria, mold or fungi for 6 months. The UV light from the sun triggers the sterilization with the Titanium Oxide .We will be applying the KOC cleaner daily and guard weekly.
Hand sanitizing stations are throughout the park .
- All tables and chairs are disinfected and sanitized daily with KOC 86 cleaner
- All entryways and stations are disinfected and sanitized daily KOC 86 cleaner
- All Arcade games are disinfected and sanitized daily KOC 86 cleaner
Is Everything Open?
YES! We have all attractions open daily (weather depending)!
MINI GOLF:
- All golf clubs and golf balls are disinfected and sanitized after each use with KOC 86
- Scorecards and pencils are available and one-time use per party
All guests are asked to wear face coverings or masks when waiting in line at the counter and gathering golf clubs, golf balls and scorecards. Once on the course, face coverings/masks may be removed since social distancing with people beyond your party is possible.
GO KARTS & BUMPER BOATS & CARSOUSEL:
- All Go-Karts & bumper boats are disinfected and sanitized daily with KOC 86, including seats and control handles.
BATTING CAGES:
- All baseball bats and helmets are disinfected and sanitized daily KOC 86 cleaner
